The luxury market in Marin seems to be gaining momentum… from January- July 2012, 22 homes have sold over $4 million– as compared to just 13 in 2011. Year to dat, the largest sale in Marin has been $11.5 million, double the largest sale in 2011. The market under $1 million is still remaining incredibly active with more than 925 sales this year; an increase of 28%. Sales under $1 million represent 68% of the Marin Real Estate Market.
