Marin Real Estate Market is on Fire!
Wow, what a difference a year makes in Marin Real Estate and more importantly what a difference this August is compared to any August in recent memory. Two key price points in southern Marin are absolutely on fire. The price range of $1.0m to $2.0m is 34% in contract and has just two months of supply available. The price range of $2.0 – $4.0 is even more startling. 24% of the homes in this category are in contract and inventory is just under three months of supply. The key for both of these price points is a minimum of four bedrooms and a desirable location and school district.
